There are three packages that keap offers. Each product is built for a different audience and business maturity. What I outline below has exceptions, but will give you a good idea of business size and type for each product.
  • Keap Grow - Keap Grow is generally best for solopreneurs who are upgrading from spreadsheets. Keap Grow is usually their first or second proper customer database and marketing tool. Keap Grow starts at $79/month. It start you at 500 contacts and you only pay more if you continue to grow your database with more contacts. Adding additional contacts scales (meaning the more you add, the less expensive it becomes per contact), but you can expect to pay about $20/month for every 1,000 contacts you add.
  • Keap Pro - Keap Pro is generally best for businesses with a handful of employees. They want something that will help them keep track of their clients but also understand that it's time to start automating some of the business tasks. Keap Pro starts at $149/month.
  • Infusionsoft by Keap - Infusionsoft is generally best for experienced businesses who have at least 3-4 employees. These businesses have a pretty good grasp of marketing and want a reliable CRM and marketing automation tool to help take their business to the next level.
Usability
Quite comprehensive and simple to understand interface. Your navigation begins with a guided tour, plus tutorials on lead management, sending emails, building campaigns, and managing automated tasks and processes. The dashboard layout is customizable and lets you drag and drop widgets onto the dashboard, including ones for contacts, quick email reports, usage stats, campaign reporting, tasks, or a real-time widget showing leads in various stages of the sales pipeline. Even if you're not ultra tech-savvy, Keap can be learned fairly quickly even if your not a tech-savvy person, except for the campaign builder. But then there are templates and guides to help you.The CRM software allows you to:

  • Pull up any shared files, documents, images, contracts, and proposals instantly
  • Easily refer to a history of all meetings, payment, quotes, conversations, and emails
However, a steep learning curve is necessary to use it at its highest performance level.

Keap CRM is quite straightforward with a user-friendly and simple-to-understand interface. The strongest part of Keap/Infusionsoft is the CRM side for contacts and companies. The contact view is very robust, with everything from basic data points to form submissions, campaigns past and present, purchases, tags, web site profile, opportunities, and tons of customization is available with custom fields. Every business needs custom fields for segmentation, lead management, and reporting. It is very robust here.
This easy client database software improves organization and increases efficiency. You can house all your client activity and communications in one place. Sales Pipeline & Automation
Keap pipeline feature is quite interactive. It allows you to track and manage your leads and clients throughout your sales process all in a single view. It's shows all the upcoming sales deals in a single screen. The method for working the deals is stage-based. That means you move leads from left to right along a pre-defined sales process. You can quickly send emails, create tasks, add notes and you can even automate certain actions based on moving contacts into new stages. You can also create multiple pipelines in case you have different sales processes for different products or services.
Their sales automation feature is pretty decent. Users can create and share custom quotes from the app, clients can accept quotes, and from there, your sales team can then convert quotes into orders, which clients to pay online. Users can also use sales pipeline management for lightweight internal project management across the sales and marketing teams.
 
CRM and email marketing reporting is reasonably extensive for small businesses across sales and referral data. Under the Reports menu, the Sales section includes pipeline-specific reporting such as stage-to-stage progression of leads, call history summaries by representative, sales rep conversion percentages, and revenue by lead. The Referral reports cover partner activity, payments, ledgers, and per-contact success of any referral program the business is running. Infusionsoft by Keap also gives you the ability to save a report and run it again. With Keap you can create marketing reports, sales reports, order and billing reports and administrative reports. The reports themselves are simple in aesthetic and execution-straightforward charts and graphs without many added metrics
A lot of integrations are available to open the CRM to almost any external system. Keap offers 2 types of automation - easy automation (newly introduced) and advanced automation. The Infusionsoft package by Keap doesn't include social media marketing automation, which limits your message spreading to your contact's email inbox. However, it does have an open API that integrates with Zapier so you can connect third-party tools. The integrated e-commerce, email marketing, and CRM platforms let you track contacts from discovery to email registration to upsells and cross-sells.
 
Email builder
The email builder includes a lot of customizable templates. Besides adjusting font styles, sizes, and colors, you can drag and drop elements such as images, spacers, text, video, and social buttons, and change the colors and styles of each. You can preview your email on both desktop and mobile and there is an option to schedule your email delivery for later. With an email broadcast, you can customize the font, layout, and styling. Keap's Infusionsoft allows you to send several different types of broadcasts, including email, fax, letter, and voice. You can either create an email from scratch or use the supplied email builder for email broadcasts. The first option is more flexible and includes an HTML code builder. The broadcasts section gives you the ability to send a single message to multiple contacts on your list at the same time. On the Email Stats page, you can view all the information about a broadcast (sent time, template used, subject, no of recievers, percentage of recipients who opened it, tabulation of opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounces).
The broadcast section is great for one-off emails like promotions, newsletters or updates.
 
This all-in-one solution allows you to launch campaigns quickly and then manage your contacts easily in one location. Using the goal oriented, campaign builder tool, you can create autoresponders through which you can create a simple process map. Infusionsoft by Keap's marketplace includes predesigned campaigns you can use-many of which, such as networking campaigns and appointment follow-ups, are free.  With Keap's marketing campaign builder you can automate any process you envision. It is flexible and customizable enough to automate any sales or marketing process you design. Create a sequence of email messages that get sent based on timed triggers or client actions, like booking an appointment or downloading an ebook. Campaign builder is the most useful tool in Keap and one of the most useful tools for marketers. Though Keap was not the first one to build a tool like this, but they were the first to bring it to small businesses. Since its release in 2012, there have been at least half a dozen other tools in the market that have tried to replicate this tool.
When you're ready to send an email, you can send campaigns immediately or choose some other time. This feature allows you to look at global open rate trends to calculate the ideal time to send the email.

    After signing up for Keap in the United States, Keap provides you with a dedicated business phone line to use. You can use this line to send SMS messages inside of Keap and on the Keap mobile app. Currently this is only supported on iOS, but Android is said to be coming shortly. This is also coming to the automation builder within Keap Pro, which means you can automatically send SMS messages based on actions your clients and prospects are taking.
  • Tasks - Using the tasks section, you can create, view and complete your task list. They can be included in your campaign automations. This feature comes only in Keap Pro and allows you to create tasks for you automatically. You can also trigger automation when you complete specific tasks. The possibilities really are endless when you combine automation with your task management tool.
  • Appointments - The appointments section is great for letting prospects and clients schedule themselves on your calendar. This feature lets you create different links you can share with others so they can book meetings with you online.Currently you can't automate based on appointments scheduled in Keap Pro.
  • Quotes, invoices & payments - This is a built-in feature by Keap. It is very easy to quote and invoice your clients and then receive online payment (including automatic recurring payments).
